Nrma Ocean Beach Holiday Resort, Umina Beach

We had a great time overall at this holiday park, thanks to its amazing location just a minute from a calm, dog-friendly beach. Our cottage was reasonably clean, but the heat was a struggle and the amenities could use some improvement. The cafe served delicious meals quickly, and the facilities like the splash park were a hit with our kids. However, the park felt crowded, especially at night, and there were a few maintenance issues that we noticed.

Our stay had its ups and downs. The cabin we had was lovely and spacious, right by the beach, offering stunning views. However, the pools were a big letdown; they were not heated and not inviting for the kids. The communication from the staff was excellent, but some of the pool rules could have been clearer from the start. Overall, a great location, but the pool experience was disappointing.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the resort, which is perfect for families with plenty of activities for kids. The accommodations were spacious and comfortable, making it easy for us to spend time together. However, we did find the park quite crowded at times, which can be overwhelming. While the facilities are fantastic, we faced a minor issue with the TV during our stay, which detracted slightly from our experience.

We had a mixed experience during our stay. The villa we rented was clean and offered a beautiful view, but the noise levels from nearby roads and late-night activities made it hard to sleep. The amenities for kids were fantastic, but the lack of essential cooking supplies and room service was disappointing considering the price.

The location right across from the beach is great, and the kids loved the facilities, but issues with the accommodation and dining options made our experience less enjoyable. Overall, while the kids had fun, I doubt we would return due to our frustrations.
